The packages page loads current prices, durations, location limits, and features from the platform. Final availability and any additional service are confirmed in the campaign request and agreement.

Our screens are 1080 x 1920 pixel portrait displays (9:16 ratio). We accept JPG and PNG files up to 10MB. Check our design guide for full specifications and templates.

Approval time depends on the artwork, campaign details, and operating schedule. The team reviews submitted content against the design and venue requirements, then confirms the status through the campaign process.

An updated design must go through review before it replaces approved artwork. Submit the revision through the campaign process and confirm when it can be scheduled.

The dashboard shows the campaign status and data recorded for that campaign, including QR scan counts when a campaign QR code is used. Estimated impressions and business outcomes are separate measurements and should not be treated as confirmed results unless the report defines their source.

It depends on the packages currently published. The package page shows each available duration, including any weekly or monthly option in the platform.

Cancellation depends on the accepted campaign terms and agreement. Contact the team with the campaign reference so the applicable terms can be reviewed.

If a revenue arrangement is offered, its calculation, timing, and conditions are documented in the venue agreement. Submitting a location does not guarantee acceptance or income.

The assessment checks the proposed display position, power, connectivity, access, and operating environment. The final equipment and maintenance responsibilities are documented before installation.

No. ReachScreens is an advertising service, not a touchscreen, display-panel, or digital signage hardware manufacturer or supplier. It sells advertising time on screens inside coffee shops and selected venues in Oman.

An ad can include a QR code that links to the campaign destination. The platform records scans for its campaign code, which measures that direct interaction but does not by itself prove a sale or other business outcome.
